How do I purchase products for live opening?

Purchase anything off of StreatzTCG.com to get your products opened live!

If you choose "SHIPPED SEALED," you will not be added to the live queue, and your products will be sent sealed.

What days and hours does StreatzTCG stream?

The stream schedule is set to Friday’s from

9:15PM EST - 12:30PM EST.

If there are changes to this schedule, it will be announced in the Discord & StreatzTCG instagram/Tictok.

I missed my live opening, what happens now?

If you fell asleep before your rip, don't worry! We will never open if you're not there, unless you explicitly ask us to. You may return to the next live stream and will be added back to queue.

What are the different shipping options?

Hold order: Use this if you plan to order multiple times in a month to prevent shipping being paid twice. All your pending shipment orders will be shipped together once shipping is paid.

Local GTA/Ontario Shipping: For address close to home you may receive your cards by delivery or courier.

Please note: Tracking is always provided.

Canada Post: Ships internationally however for shipping outside of Canada you will be responsible for any custom duties and fees.

How does shipping work?

StreatzTCG ships out every Monday and Thursday. You only have to pay for shipping once per cycle. If you purchase more than one time in a cycle, you may use HOLD/Shipping paid already at checkout to avoid multiple shipping costs.

Your order will be automatically shipped out in the next cycle with all orders needed to be shipped.

What countries does the store ship to?

United States, Canada, and all countries in Europe.

All customs fees are the responsibility of the customer
